Mezzalira Investment Group decorated the spaces of the new mock up office of Milano Contract District for The Medelan

Strong of a deep knowledge of the residential market, Milano Contract District makes its debut in the office sector and brings to Milan an initial representation of “resimercial design”, a trend that is becoming increasingly popular also in Italy, based on the idea of transferring the convenience and comfort of residential environments to the office, creating hybrid forms of workstations tailored to people and with moods and functions that have never been seen before.

Partner for all furnishings is MIG, Mezzalira Investment Group, with the brands Jesse, Sinetica, Sitland, Mascagni and Rotaliana, which has wisely designed the spaces, proposing innovative solutions with great aesthetic taste.

The setting for the launch event is The Medelan Building, the prestigious real estate project in Piazza Cordusio, subject to urban redevelopment by Studio GLA, on the initiative of DEA Capital Real Estate Sgr, managed by Fondo Broggi with advisor Paref.

The Medelan is still under construction and with this event you will have the opportunity to visit it in absolute preview. To facilitate access, we suggest wearing comfortable shoes (the MCD mockup office is located on the 3rd floor of the building, within walking distance).
