967arch has been designing architecture, interiors, and product design for companies, private clients, and public institutions for over 25 years.
Founded in Milan by Cesare Chichi and Stefano Maestri, the studio brings together architects and designers with expertise across multiple design scales. Its artisanal, creative workshop approach merges with the principles of structured project management, where planning, costs, and timelines guide every stage of the design process.
Each project is developed from a narrative framework that serves as the conceptual foundation for every stylistic and identity-related decision. Simplicity, restraint, and a touch of irony are the common thread running through all of the studio’s work, while meticulous attention to detail and the continuous search for innovative solutions define its design philosophy across the workplace, industrial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
The studio has designed buildings and workplaces for companies including Accenture, Google, Petronas, Campari, Ferrero, Cisco, WPP, Amplifon, FC Internazionale, Villa d'Este, Rivenmoor, Partners Group, and Restoration Hardware, as well as residential buildings, hospitality projects, and outdoor spaces for both public and private clients.
967arch also collaborates with brands such as Davide Groppi, Dieffebi, DND, Las, MDF Italia, Poltrona Frau, Ritzwell, Saba, True Design, Luxy, and Molto Luce, designing products as well as exhibition and trade fair installations for several of them. The studio also serves as Creative Director for Fim Umbrellas, Viganò, and the contract division of MDF Italia.
Beyond its commercial work, the studio supports and promotes cultural initiatives, including art exhibitions and cultural events, providing both project management and exhibition design.
