regarding the management of the generic database on the MIG Group’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform
each MIG Group company has appointed the parent company Mezzalira Investment Group S.p.A. as the external data processor which, due to the direct and indirect marketing functions and profiling functions shared in common, is placed in charge of managing the phases of registration, organisation, storage, processing, selection and extraction of personal data of customers/prospects, based on the customer privacy statements provided on the website www.mig.it/privacy.

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by Sitland S.p.A. when managing the commercial relationship and the service provision.


TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used in the operation of this website collect specific personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicitly involved in the use of internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects, but could by its very nature enable users to be identified by means of processing operations and association with data held by third parties.
This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect with the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of requested resources, the time the request is made, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the response status from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
Such data, which are necessary to enjoy the web services, are also processed for the following purposes:

  • to obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to monitor its proper operation, and it is deleted immediately after processing. The data could potentially be used in order to determine liability in the event of computer crimes that damage the website.

Data provided by the user
The voluntary transmission of specific personal data in order to access certain services (user registration for access to restricted areas), or to transmit requests for information to the addresses indicated on the website means that the personal data included in the sender's request will be subsequently acquired if those requests are to be responded to.
This category of data includes the name, surname, email address, physical address, contact telephone number, company name, etc.

SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

Navigation data and data provided voluntarily by the user will not be communicated and disseminated without the user’s consent, except in cases provided for by EU legislative and regulatory provisions in force.


PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data are processed using automated electronic means and devices only for the period of time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which such data have been gathered.
Specific security measures are used to prevent the loss or unlawful or incorrect use of the data, as well as unauthorised access thereto.

Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin thereof, to verify their accuracy or request that they be supplemented, updated or corrected (Article 15 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on personal data protection ).
In compliance with the same Article, the data subject has the right to request the erasure, anonymisation or the blockage of any data processed in violation of the law and also, in any case, to refuse their processing for legitimate reasons.

We wish to inform you that the new Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016) makes provision for the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of their personal data. WHAT ARE COOKIES
