Sitland returns to work

Starting from 4th May, Sitland will get back to its working, logistic and production activities.

Before re-opening, we activated all measures to ensure to our employees and clients the maximum safety.

For this reason, some people of our Team will go on working from home, endeavoring to promptly respond to your requests as they have done until now.

To have information on your orders, we kindly ask you to keep in contact with your reference person at his/her e-mail address.

Sitland will open some of our departments in the following days according to the latest safety guidelines to protect our employees health.

Update at 15th April 2020

We are facing an important challange for our Country and mostly for our health, but this does not stop us from being close to our clients.

In accordance with the DPCM (Ministerial Decree), we have been forced to suspend our production and logistic activities, but, at the same time, we put in place all measures to minimize the inconvenience for our clients and suppliers.

We immediately activated smart working ensuring the continuity of our services, particularly the Customer Care, to provide you constant help during an exceptional moment like this.

At the same time, we arranged for the sanitation of all our premises to be ready at the time we will re-open.

Sitland and its staff, we thank you for your collaboration and for the great support you are giving us in this particular moment of emergency.

Is Sitland operational?

From 25th March 2020 in compliance with Ministerial directives to face the emergency of Covid-19, Sitland stopped the production and logistic activities except the delivery of those goods which are ready at our warehouse . All our services are available in smart working. Please feel free to contact your person of reference for any information or clarification you might need. Our Area Managers and Customer Care will be pleased to assist you and support you in this moment.

Which is the delivery date for the orders in progress?

The delivery dates of the orders in progress will be communicated immediately as soon as the activities resume. We kindly ask you to bear with us for a couple of days, we will come back to you with the date of shipment in the shortest time possible.
Our Customer Service will keep in touch with you, to confirm you the date of delivery of your orders. Please, contact your person of reference, should you need any further information.

Can I place orders?

Yes, you can. At the time being, our production depts. are closed, but all the orders will be processed once we re-open. Our Customer Service will contact you as soon as it is possible to give you a delivery date.
